Professional Profile:

Jackson McNeill is a land use attorney with experience appearing before state and local government agencies and assisting with the approvals process for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and institutional development projects. He also has experience assisting with rent control and historic preservation matters.

Prior to joining HLKK, Jackson worked as in house counsel for Southern California Gas Company where he worked on a variety of litigation matters as well as a number of regulatory proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission. While in law school, Jackson was a member of the Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs, Women's Law Journal, and Student Bar Association. In addition, Jackson worked as a teaching assistant for the UCLA Philosophy Department and served as a writing advisor for first year law students.

Jackson and his wife Kelsey currently live in the Wilshire-Montana neighborhood of Santa Monica.
