HLKK land use attorneys assisted Ocean Park Entertainment Group with opening this dance club on Main Street in Santa Monica.  This work included obtaining approval for the purchase of a Type 48 alcohol license, obtaining interim licensure to dispense alcohol during a challenge to the license transfer, and defending the issuance of the license in front of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board.

Schatzi on Main Restaurant
